A partial illustarted catalogue with be avaliable roughly two weeks before the sale on the saleroom.com. All inside lots will be illustared online by Thursday the 7th of February (evening).
Please keep an eye on the website for sale viewing times and start time - which may be different than normal to accommodate this exciting catalogued and online sale.

The sales are catalogued; we take advantage of both national and regional advertising as well as our extensive specialised mailing list. Internet marketing is also used to ensure the best possible result.
Entries are invited until the relevant cataloguing deadline and can be brought to the Market Weighton office Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Please ring ahead to ensure a valuer is available and if you have larger items so we can make suitable arrangements.
The sales incorporate a wide range of items from period furniture to modern collectables and household effects.

Items must be received at the Sale Room by 1.00pm, on the day before the sale; if this isn't possible then alternative arrangements can usually be agreed, in advance, by contacting the Auction Department on 01430-874000.
From complete or part house clearance, selling any items of value and disposing of all un-saleable items, to FREE furniture storage prior to the auction. Although haulage is chargeable it is undertaken by our team of professional furniture removers equipped with a range of vehicles able to cope with the largest of items and properties. We charge £40 per hour (+VAT) for haulage timed "store-location-store".
All items purchased must be collected by 8.00pm on the day of the sale, unless haulage has been arranged. If items fail to be collected, a charge of £2 for small items and £10 for larger items will occur.
A Buyers Premium of 10% + VAT is charged upon every item purchased. Payments of accounts are made by cash and cheque only if accompanied by a banker's reference or bank card. It’s worth noting that if you bid on an item at any auction, once the auctioneer has banged down their gavel in your favour and said “sold” a legal contract exists and you are obliged to pay for the item you have bid on. Always set yourself a top limit and try not to get carried away!
