We are members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The National Association of Estate Agents and The Association of Residential Lettings Agents, as well as being part of the Property Ombudsman Scheme. Our staff members running the lettings departments at our five offices are all MARLA qualified.
As well as having to achieve certain standards and qualifications to become members of the above associations we are also subject to regular independent Audits. This ensures that all clients money i.e. rents and bonds is kept in separate bank accounts, entirely separate from Company money and ensures that invoices for maintenance and repairs are only paid from rents for the appropriate properties.
