TPOS provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with any unresolved disputes between yourself and your estate agent and is one of the leading regulating bodies in the industry.
Anti Money Laundering
Please be advised that when you agree to purchase a property, we are legally required under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 to obtain copies of your identification. Your ID and relevant personal data will be shared with our verification platform, Credas to fulfil these legal obligations. If you do not wish for your data to be processed in this way, please inform us.
REFERRAL FEES
As well as your obligation to pay our commission or fees we may also receive a commission, payment, fee, or other reward or other benefit (known as a Referral Fee) from ancillary service providers for recommending their service to you.
Please note that you are under no obligation to use any of the services of these recommended providers.
We recommend potential buyers use the Mortgage Advice services of Holmefield Financial Solutions. You should know that we expect to receive gratuities from the Provider worth approximately £10 per transaction and a referral fee of £200 + vat (£240).
We recommend sellers and/or potential buyers use the Conveyancing services of Sophie Durkin at Taylor Rose ltd. Should you decide to use the services of the Provider you should know that we would expect to receive a referral fee of £100 +vat (£120) from them for recommending you to them.
We recommend potential buyers use the Surveying services of Charters Reid. You should know that we expect to receive gratuities from the Provider worth approximately £25 per transaction.
We recommend sellers and/or potential buyers use the Solicitor services of Move with Us. You should know that we expect to receive gratuities from the Provider worth approximately £10 per transaction.
We recommend sellers and/or potential buyers use the Conveyancing services of Paul Harrison at Jane Brooks Law. Should you decide to use the services of the Provider you should know that we would expect to receive a referral fee of £150 +vat (£180) from them for recommending you to them.
We recommend potential buyers use the Surveying services of Ryan Cole at Camsure Ltd. You should know that we expect to receive gratuities from the Provider worth approximately £50 per transaction.

Move With Us pay between £195 plus VAT - £245.00 plus VAT per property transaction.
